2. Local Code Compliance While Velevate provides guidance aligned with international benchmarks (such as EN 81 and ASME A17.1), the Client and the appointed local Licensed Contractor are responsible for ensuring final installation meets all specific local municipal codes and safety certifications.
3. Limitation of Liability Velevate Consultancy acts as an independent advisor and is not a manufacturer, installer, or maintenance provider. We are not liable for mechanical failures, installation errors, or site-specific construction issues handled by third-party contractors.
4. No Conflict of Interest We maintain strict Independence. Velevate does not receive commissions from manufacturers. Our evaluations are based purely on technical merit and the project’s specific requirements.
All services are provided as independent consultancy and advisory services. Detailed design, statutory approvals, and signed engineering calculations remain the responsibility of the appointed specialist contractors and design consultants.
