- Remote-Only Service: All services are conducted strictly online. We do not perform on-site inspections, physical maintenance, or installation.
- Data Dependency: Our analysis and reports are based entirely on the data, architectural drawings, and measurements provided by you (the Client). We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us.
2. No Professional-Client Relationship (Free Consultations)
Information provided during a “Free Consultation” or on our blog is for general informational purposes only. A formal professional-client relationship is only established upon the execution of a paid service agreement or the purchase of a specific consultancy package.
3. Limitation of Liability & Safety
- Advisory Nature: Our deliverables are technical recommendations. The final responsibility for safety, local code compliance, and physical execution rests with the licensed elevator/escalator contractor or manufacturer.
- No Physical Responsibility: We are not liable for any physical accidents, equipment failures, or installation delays occurring at a project site.
- Financial Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for that specific service.
4. Client Obligations
As the Client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely building data required for analysis.
- Ensure that all provided drawings and specifications comply with your local building codes and regulations.
- Retain independent licensed contractors for the physical installation and maintenance of all equipment.
5. Intellectual Property
All reports, technical specifications, and digital templates provided to you are for your internal project use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our proprietary analysis methods for third-party commercial gain without our express written consent.
6. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Payment: All fees for paid tiers must be settled via our online payment gateway before the commencement of work.
- Refunds: Due to the customized nature of technical reports and traffic analyses, refunds are not available once the final digital deliverable has been issued. Cancellations made after work has started but before delivery may be subject to a partial service fee.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
